Casa Tancre is located on the first floor and has a very light and spacious living dining area with a modern open kitchen that is fully equipped. The living room gives access to the large balcony where breakfast or a late night drink can be enjoyed. The balcony receives shade all day long, cool ocean breezes and indirect sunlight keep the condo bright and airy. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the morning sun and neighboring garden where tropical birds can be spotted. TV with Cable and Internet connection, DVD and a large stereo are placed in the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk-in closet and private entrance to their bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, ample wooden closets and access to the bathroom is from the hallway. The complex has a security door with intercom and reserved parking in front of the building. The unit has air conditioning, a washer and dryer and sufficient bed and bath linens are provided.
The Condominium Complex Capri is located on the corner of Calle 32 and 1st Avenue between the famous pedestrian promenade Fifth Avenue and two blocks to the white sandy beaches of Mamita's and Kool Beach clubs. This unit is found in the fast developing "Little Italy" area of Playa that features many of the new condo buildings, stylish boutiques and trendy bars and restaurants.
