Penthouse Las Nubes is a Playa del Carmen penthouse rental which sits right next to beautiful Coco Beach with it’s cool soft sand and off shore reefs perfect for snorkeling. The two level, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Playa del Carmen rental has breath taking ocean views from almost every room in the condo except the bathrooms and one bedroom.
As you walk through the front door of the condo the ocean is immediately visible via the open floor plan, through the kitchen, living room, dining room and outdoor terrace. There is one bedroom to the left of the front door with two twin beds and full bath, as well as a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The full kitchen with dish washer and filtered water sits to the right of the front door. Just past the kitchen sits the dining room with seating for 6 and living room with flat screen TV with satellite. The second bedroom with queen bed and en-suite full bathroom lies to the left of the living room.
Walk through the sliding glass doors off the living room to reach the ocean view terrace with BBQ and patio set with umbrella, perfect for outdoor dining. There is also private access from the terrace to the second bedroom.
Inside the condo off the living room climb the stairs to reach the second floor with master bedroom complete with king bed and full bathroom. Lie in bed and watch the ships go by via the large sliding glass doors which provide complete sea views. Through the sliding glass doors is the second terrace with lounge chairs and Jacuzzi. The views of the Caribbean Sea are incredible. You can see Cozumel across the bay and looking left and right you can see for miles down the Rivera Maya Coast. By night relax in the Jacuzzi as you watch the twinkling lights of Cozumel across the sea and the shining stars above.

A 50% payment of the total rental amount is required within 7 days after reserving your unit for confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.
The total rental amount including security deposit is due for reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date.
If cancellation of the reservation becomes necessary then a refund is issued according to the guidelines and limitations stated in our polices.

Check in/Check out: Check in is after 3:00 p.m and check out is before 10:00 a.m.
House Rules: You are responsible for the property at all times during your visit. It is your responsibility to make sure all doors and windows are secure and locked before leaving the unit, even if it is for just a quick stroll down the street. These few extra steps will ensure the security of your belongings. Exceeding the maximum amount of people allowed by the agreement may result in an eviction at the property managers own discretion.
Maintenance: It is the responsibility of North American Standards (NAS) to make sure all appliances and utilities are in good operable condition. However, sometimes mistakes do happen and the need for maintenance is necessary. The property manager is available 24 hours a day and will try his/her best to correct the problem as soon as possible.
Lockbox, Safe and Keys: Some of our units are equipped with a lock box installed next to the front door. Please do not remove the key from it's chain and put the top part back on after you use it.
Changing the lock on the front door or a safe if so equipped costs money. The loss of either the key or the top part of the lock box will result in a $75.00 charge.
Maid Service: Maid Service is available during your stay for an additional charge. Contact us for scheduling and pricing.
