Casita Buena Vista (house with the great view) sits next to the sparkling white sands of Coco Beach. This condo is perfect for anyone looking to escape and experience beach living at its best. Relax in the Jacuzzi sipping Margaritas as the warm sun beats down on your face and cool sea breezes caress your skin. The beach is right outside your door, so there is really no need to change out of your bathing suit during your entire trip. The sea is visible from almost every room in the condo. It’s even visible from the rooftop pool which provides panoramic views of the varying shades of turquoise blue. Relax in giant beds and enormous lounge chairs and watch the cruise ships sailing by. On a clear night you may even be able to see them parked off Cozumel’s shores.
In terms of the condo layout, Casita Buena Vista is located all on one level. As you enter the front door there is a full kitchen to the left with granite counter tops, dish washer and purified water safe for drinking. The second bedroom is situated to the right of the kitchen and is equipped with 2 twin beds, flat screen TV with satellite and full bathroom with tempered glass shower. A small hallway connects the guest bedroom to a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Just past the laundry room is the entrance to the master bedroom complete with en suite bathroom, flat screen TV with satellite, king bed and ocean views.
Back in the main part of the condo just off the kitchen is the dining area with seating for 6. The living area is next to the dining area and offers a flat screen TV with satellite, DVD player. The living area, dining area and kitchen all have ocean views. The beachfront terrace is accessible through large sliding glass doors in both the living room and master bedroom. The terrace affords unbeatable sea views and is equipped with a patio set with umbrella, gas BBQ and Jacuzzi. To access the beach one only needs to exit the patio beach door and cross a small cobblestone beach road. The sand is literally a stone’s throw away.

A 50% payment of the total rental amount is required within 7 days after reserving your unit for confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.
The total rental amount including security deposit is due for reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date.
If cancellation of the reservation becomes necessary then a refund is issued according to the guidelines and limitations stated in our polices.

Check in/Check out: Check in is after 3:00 p.m and check out is before 10:00 a.m.
House Rules: You are responsible for the property at all times during your visit. It is your responsibility to make sure all doors and windows are secure and locked before leaving the unit, even if it is for just a quick stroll down the street. These few extra steps will ensure the security of your belongings. Exceeding the maximum amount of people allowed by the agreement may result in an eviction at the property managers own discretion.
Maintenance: It is the responsibility of North American Standards (NAS) to make sure all appliances and utilities are in good operable condition. However, sometimes mistakes do happen and the need for maintenance is necessary. The property manager is available 24 hours a day and will try his/her best to correct the problem as soon as possible.
Lockbox, Safe and Keys: Some of our units are equipped with a lock box installed next to the front door. Please do not remove the key from it's chain and put the top part back on after you use it.
Changing the lock on the front door or a safe if so equipped costs money. The loss of either the key or the top part of the lock box will result in a $75.00 charge.
Maid Service: Maid Service is available during your stay for an additional charge. Contact us for scheduling and pricing.
Reservations and Payments: A 5% service charge will be added to the rental rates.

No Refunds if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
