Condo Castillo de Arena (Sand Castle) is located on the most beautiful white beach in Playa del Carmen. This is a more quiet location, The Elements, yet close to everything offered in this vacation destination. You can walk anywhere to shops, trendy nightclubs, happening beach clubs, and ethnic restaurants (from Italian to German to Swedish and everything in between!) But you can also enjoy the peaceful pool and quiet Coco Beach if you want to get away from all the activity. You do not need to rent a car, as inexpensive transportation is everywhere.
You will hear lots of different languages and the locals enjoy practicing their language skills on vacationers and are very respectful and always have a wonderful disposition.
Our pool is an infinity pool and is the largest in Playa, and our decks are very large, all marble with glass railings. The condo is contemporary and upscale and light with floor to ceiling windows all along the living room facing the deep turquoise Caribbean Sea!
All the amenities are there for renters, including full kitchen, drinking water, washer and dryer, ironing board, and wonderful and helpful property managers, Matt and Allan, who will help you in any way during your stay.
There is a business center with free computers and a nice fitness center with a beautiful Jacuzzi on the rooftop overlooking the ocean!

We accept wire Transfers in US Dollars and Credit Card payments through Paypal.
A 50% payment of the total rental amount is required within 7 days after reserving your unit for confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.
The total rental amount including security deposit is due for reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date.
If cancellation of the reservation becomes necessary then a refund is issued according to the guidelines and limitations stated in our polices.

Check in/Check out: Check in is after 3:00 p.m and check out is before 10:00 a.m.
House Rules: You are responsible for the property at all times during your visit. It is your responsibility to make sure all doors and windows are secure and locked before leaving the unit, even if it is for just a quick stroll down the street. These few extra steps will ensure the security of your belongings. Exceeding the maximum amount of people allowed by the agreement may result in an eviction at the property managers own discretion.
Maintenance: It is the responsibility of North American Standards (NAS) to make sure all appliances and utilities are in good operable condition. However, sometimes mistakes do happen and the need for maintenance is necessary. The property manager is available 24 hours a day and will try his/her best to correct the problem as soon as possible.
Lockbox, Safe and Keys: Some of our units are equipped with a lock box installed next to the front door. Please do not remove the key from it's chain and put the top part back on after you use it.
Changing the lock on the front door or a safe if so equipped costs money. The loss of either the key or the top part of the lock box will result in a $75.00 charge.
Maid Service: Maid Service is available during your stay for an additional charge. Contact us for scheduling and pricing.
