Natz Ti Ha means "by the water" in Mayan, this describes these Condos perfectly. This privately-owned, two bedroom, two bathroom Condo built in Mediterranean-style is just 69 steps from the sea and has a roof-top deck open for all Condo residents and guest. Enjoy your margarita as you watch the lights of Cozumel twinkle on the horizon or get together with your family and friends while you barbeque from the grill located on the roof-top with its fantastic view.
The impressive landscaping and water falls around Natz Ti Ha Condominiums takes full advantage of abundant native flowering plants. Natural pathways wind under the shade of palm trees and lead to the large 19 by four meter swimming pool. At night strategically placed lighting highlights the garden and pool area giving it a special intimate feeling, not usually found in a condominium setting.

A 50% payment of the total rental amount is required within 7 days after reserving your unit for confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.
The total rental amount including security deposit is due for reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date.
If cancellation of the reservation becomes necessary then a refund is issued according to the guidelines and limitations stated in our polices.

Check in/Check out: Check in is after 3:00 p.m and check out is before 10:00 a.m.
House Rules: You are responsible for the property at all times during your visit. It is your responsibility to make sure all doors and windows are secure and locked before leaving the unit, even if it is for just a quick stroll down the street. These few extra steps will ensure the security of your belongings. Exceeding the maximum amount of people allowed by the agreement may result in an eviction at the property managers own discretion.
Maintenance: It is the responsibility of North American Standards (NAS) to make sure all appliances and utilities are in good operable condition. However, sometimes mistakes do happen and the need for maintenance is necessary. The property manager is available 24 hours a day and will try his/her best to correct the problem as soon as possible.
Lockbox, Safe and Keys: Some of our units are equipped with a lock box installed next to the front door. Please do not remove the key from it's chain and put the top part back on after you use it.
Changing the lock on the front door or a safe if so equipped costs money. The loss of either the key or the top part of the lock box will result in a $75.00 charge.
Maid Service: Maid Service is available during your stay for an additional charge. Contact us for scheduling and pricing.

No Refunds if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. |
