Description:

Casita del Sol has more than 750 square feet of living space, including a private sunset balcony with a small table and two chairs. The condo has one bedroom with a king size bed, fully-equipped kitchen, living room, dining area and one bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The kitchen has a double sink, ample dinnerware and cookware, a refrigerator/freezer, electric glass top stove top, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and blender. Bottled purified water is provided. The living area includes an entertainment center with SKY satellite TV, books, games, a sofa/futon (matrimonial/double), easy chair, end table and a coffee table. Bedrooms include a comfortable king size bed with a night stand and lamp, and there is plenty of closet space.

The pool and beach are on the east side of the building where a swimming pool has several water features, like jet-massage stations, and walkways, one of which leads to the beach. The pool has a Mayan temple reproduction on one side and an interesting labyrinth design including bridges and shallow areas ideal for children. The beach is a short stroll down the walkway. There is plenty of sand for sunbathing, and it is possible to walk to the center of town and Puerto Aventuras' main marina by following the shore. There you will find restaurants, shopping, tour operators and many tourist services.

A 5% service charge will be added to the rental rates.

We accept wire Transfers in US Dollars and Credit Card payments through Paypal.

A 50% payment of the total rental amount is required within 7 days after reserving your unit for confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.

The total rental amount including security deposit is due for reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date.

If cancellation of the reservation becomes necessary then a refund is issued according to the guidelines and limitations stated in our polices.

Policy:

Check in/Check out: Check in is after 3:00 p.m and check out is before 11:00 a.m.

House Rules: You are responsible for the property at all times during your visit. It is your responsibility to make sure all doors and windows are secure and locked before leaving the unit, even if it is for just a quick stroll down the street. These few extra steps will ensure the security of your belongings. Exceeding the maximum amount of people allowed by the agreement may result in an eviction at the property managers own discretion.

Maintenance: It is the responsibility of North American Standards (NAS) to make sure all appliances and utilities are in good operable condition. However, sometimes mistakes do happen and the need for maintenance is necessary. The property manager is available 24 hours a day and will try his/her best to correct the problem as soon as possible.

Lockbox, Safe and Keys: Some of our units are equipped with a lock box installed next to the front door. Please do not remove the key from it's chain and put the top part back on after you use it.

Changing the lock on the front door or a safe if so equipped costs money. The loss of either the key or the top part of the lock box will result in a $75.00 charge.

Maid Service: Maid Service is available during your stay for an additional charge. Contact us for scheduling and pricing.

No Refunds if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
