North American Standards Property Management Company (NAS) sets itself apart by offering personalized property management services to Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras and the surrounding Riviera Maya community. Both owners of NAS, Matt and Allan, have over 40 years of combined property management experience. They personally oversee and care for each unit. When maintenance work is required Matt and Allan first try to fix the problem themselves, hopefully saving the owner time and money from having to hire outside contractors. When outside contractors are required, NAS directly interfaces with the workers and does not simply take their solutions at face value. Rather we use our experience to think about and consider the problem rather than just repeating the offered solution. When an owner deals with NAS they are dealing with Matt and Allan, two responsible, honest and experienced property managers who know what they're doing and won't wait till tomorrow (i.e. "mañana") to fix your problem.
Our full range of property managment services include, but are not limted to:
inspecting each unit at least once weekly;
supervision of all maintenance and renovation projects;
preventative maintenance work to save the owner money long term;
monthly bill payment;
accurate bookkeeping; and
fashionably furnishing each property to make it more attractive for both owners and renters..
