Welcome to Condo Castillo de Arena (Sand Castle) managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya).  Castillo is located in The Elements Condominiums in Playa del Carmen on the Yucatan peninsula in Quintana Roo, Mexico.  It boasts breathtaking views of the Caribbean Ocean, as it's located just across the street from Coco Beach.

Walk in and enjoy the open-plan kitchen, dining/living area, and spacious terrace, with the ocean in just about every view. The unit’s signature colors provide a soothing backdrop for regional artwork. New fixtures and furnishings abound, including an all- new remodeled and fully- equipped kitchen. Every window includes both sheer and blackout roller shadings for your privacy.

Entering through the front door, situated to the left is the guest bedroom with two twin beds and en suite full bathroom, recently updated. Straight ahead from the front door and slightly left finds you at the kitchen, bar, and separate laundry room with washer and dryer. A dining area with seating for six, and living area with 55-inch 4K flat screen TV, intelligent Blu Ray player, and satellite service, expand your entertainment options.

Spanning two walls are floor to ceiling windows with unobstructed views of Coco Beach and the Caribbean. The view is simply amazing and wraps the unit from the kitchen all the way around the terrace, situated just off the living area. There is literally nothing but a small beach access road between you and the beach.

To the left of the dining room, a separate hallway leads to the master bedroom with king bed, en suite bathroom, also recently updated, and 36-inch flat-screen TV with satellite service. You’ll find ample storage in each bedroom for clothing and other personals.

Access the terrace from either the master bedroom or the living room. Delight in unobstructed views of the ocean and property. Cook a steak or burgers on the full- size Weber gas grille.

The Elements property boasts the largest infinity pool in Playa del Carmen. It’s perfect for lap swimming, and is adorned with small shimmering glass balls along the pool floor. Lush vegetation and comfortable lounge chairs line the pool, making it perfect for couples, families, or anyone looking to relax and have a little fun.

The Elements Beach Club, reserved for residents and guests of the Elements Condos, and just a short walk from the unit, offers food and drink service, umbrellas, palapas, hammocks and lounge chairs. As far as you can walk, either north or south, the beach, with its cool white sand, stretches in front of you and the aqua water is safe, warm and inviting for swimming all year round.

The Elements also has a business center with computer terminals, wireless internet throughout the complex, health club, and rooftop terrace with Jacuzzi and massage tables. The Elements is ideally located, within a short walk of the vibrant 5th Avenue scene, but far enough away to enjoy a quiet afternoon or evening. Property Rating
We loved the location!! just north of all the hustle of PDC and 5th Ave, but close enough to walk to wonderful restaurants and shops. We particularly loved the restaurant (Canabal) next to the condos for lunch because we could walk there from the beach club. The unit we stayed in has an awesome view of the beach and beautiful light all day. Overall we liked it (beds were very comfortable), although the other furnishings were not as comfortable and there were not enough shelving/furnitures spaces to put our own items (the few furniture surfaces ,other than the dining table, were filled with the owner's decorative items).
