Casa Azul Caribe (Blue Caribbean House) is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Playa del Carmen villa rental situated in the private gated community of Playacar Phase I, a short 15 minute stroll to the pedestrian boulevard of 5th Avenue, with its abundance of shopping and dining options. Located only 11 yards (10 meters) from the pristine white sand beaches of the Riviera Maya, this Playa del Carmen villa rental is a perfect choice for any couple or family looking to escape.
The first thing you’ll notice about Casa Azul Caribe is the 5 foot deep pool with private terrace with dining for 4 and lounge chair. As you walk into the home, you are greeted with a spacious living room complete with satellite TV and DVD, and the adjacent dining room with seating for 8. The open floor plan allows family members in the full kitchen to stay in contact with others even at the pool.
On the first floor besides the living room, dining room and kitchen, there is a private laundry room off the kitchen with washer and dryer and then off the living room is a long hallway with 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed with bathroom access off the hallway; the second one has 2 double beds with private access to the same bathroom; the third bedroom also has 2 double beds and its own en-suite bathroom.
The second floor hosts the master bedroom with vaulted ceiling and inlaid brick work, and private en-suite bathroom. Off the master bedroom there is access to the spacious roof deck terrace with ocean views, and access to the third floor sun deck with lounge chairs and magnificent views of the Caribbean ocean and the island of Cozumel.
The soft white sand beach and warm turquoise water is located just across the street from this Playa del Carmen villa rental. The beach is private for residents and guests of Playacar, and may be used freely by occupants of Casa Azul Caribe.
Casa Azul Caribe is a short 45 drive south of the Cancun airport.

A 50% payment of the total rental amount is required within 7 days after reserving your unit for confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.
The total rental amount including security deposit is due for reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date.
If cancellation of the reservation becomes necessary then a refund is issued according to the guidelines and limitations stated in our polices.

Check in/Check out: Check in is after 3:00 p.m and check out is before 10:00 a.m.
House Rules: You are responsible for the property at all times during your visit. It is your responsibility to make sure all doors and windows are secure and locked before leaving the unit, even if it is for just a quick stroll down the street. These few extra steps will ensure the security of your belongings. Exceeding the maximum amount of people allowed by the agreement may result in an eviction at the property managers own discretion.
Maintenance: It is the responsibility of North American Standards (NAS) to make sure all appliances and utilities are in good operable condition. However, sometimes mistakes do happen and the need for maintenance is necessary. The property manager is available 24 hours a day and will try his/her best to correct the problem as soon as possible.
Lockbox, Safe and Keys: Some of our units are equipped with a lock box installed next to the front door. Please do not remove the key from it's chain and put the top part back on after you use it.
Changing the lock on the front door or a safe if so equipped costs money. The loss of either the key or the top part of the lock box will result in a $75.00 charge.
Maid Service: Maid Service is available during your stay for an additional charge. Contact us for scheduling and pricing.
Reservations and Payments: A 5% service charge will be added to the rental rates.

No Refunds if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. |
