The main level of Casa Mullaney consists of a fully-equipped kitchen with separate laundry area and breakfast bar with four stools, a dining area to seat eight comfortably and main living area with Dish Network, DVD player, stereo system, and internet connection. There is also a selection of books for your reading pleasure.
The living room sits adjacent to an interior courtyard, which provides access to the air conditioned bedrooms: the master and guest on the first floor, and the guest on the third floor. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed, television with Dish Network, safe and en-suite master bathroom with full shower and sunken marble tub. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and leads out to a small terrace and connected bathroom with a huge walk in marble shower.
Climb one flight of stairs in the interior courtyard to reach the third bedroom. This private sanctuary overlooks the living area and is perfect for children. There are two twin beds which convert to a king if necessary, as well as another twin bed with trundle bed below. The en-suite bathroom has a combination marble shower/bathtub. This bedroom also has a television with Dish Network.
A screened in patio is situated back on the main level of the villa, just off the living area. It is equipped with 2 patio tables and plenty of chairs. The patio is perfect for al fresco dining, playing games or just hanging out. A stockpile of beach and pool toys and accessories resides at one end of the patio, waiting to make your day in the water or on the sand complete.
The beautiful pool is located in the rear of the house, steps from the screened in patio and kitchen. There are various chairs for lounging, and when you get hungry, fire up the BBQ grill adjacent to the pool. The pool area is very large, and is perfect for hosting parties or having romantic dinners at the outdoor patio table with seating for 6.
Next to the pool climb the outdoor spiral staircase which leads to a very private upper sundeck with boasts ocean views, lounge chairs and wonderful sea breezes. Work on your tan while enjoying your favorite book as the sound of waves crash in the distance.

A 50% payment of the total rental amount is required within 7 days after reserving your unit for confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation. The balance must be paid 90 days prior to the arrival date during Christmas/New Year and 60 days prior the rest of the year..
The total rental amount including security deposit is due for reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date.
If cancellation of the reservation becomes necessary then a refund is issued according to the guidelines and limitations stated in our polices.

Check in/Check out: Check in is after 3:00 p.m and check out is before 10:00 a.m.
House Rules: You are responsible for the property at all times during your visit. It is your responsibility to make sure all doors and windows are secure and locked before leaving the unit, even if it is for just a quick stroll down the street. These few extra steps will ensure the security of your belongings. Exceeding the maximum amount of people allowed by the agreement may result in an eviction at the property managers own discretion.
Maintenance: It is the responsibility of North American Standards (NAS) to make sure all appliances and utilities are in good operable condition. However, sometimes mistakes do happen and the need for maintenance is necessary. The property manager is available 24 hours a day and will try his/her best to correct the problem as soon as possible.
Lockbox, Safe and Keys: Some of our units are equipped with a lock box installed next to the front door. Please do not remove the key from it's chain and put the top part back on after you use it.
Changing the lock on the front door or a safe if so equipped costs money. The loss of either the key or the top part of the lock box will result in a $75.00 charge.
Maid Service: Maid Service is available during your stay for an additional charge. Contact us for scheduling and pricing.
