Villa Flamboyan is a spacious, newly-built home perfect for a large group or family. With two levels, this well-appointed home offers separate living and sleeping areas for maximum privacy and comfort. With its private pool, roof-top and second floor terraces, and enviable location just a stone's throw from the white sandy beach, this home provides the ultimate vacation experience. Except during the Holiday season, this four bedroom villa can also be rented as a three bedroom house.

The four sizeable bedrooms are located downstairs. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, en-suite full bathroom and sliding glass doors leading to the sparkling pool and furnished patio. The second bedroom has two individual beds that can be joined to form a king-sized bed and shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom, which offers a queen-sized bed. Both the second and third bedrooms also have direct access to the pool and lawn through sliding glass doors. All bedrooms are furnished with built-in wooden closets, desks, and chairs. The studio-sized fourth bedroom, with a queen bed, refrigerator and en-suite bath, is unique in that it has its own private street entrance.

With a focus on entertaining large groups, the second level in this Caribbean-styled home features huge indoor and outdoor social areas. The dining table seats eight, while the living area boasts ample, comfortable couches arranged to stimulate conversation. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors comprise the entire rear of this floor and lead out to the second floor terrace, which spans the whole length of the house. This terrace has a wet bar, refrigerator, high-end gas grill, and plenty of outdoor furniture, including a gorgeous custom-made mosaic tiled table. A mosaic-tiled spiral staircase leads to the home's rooftop terrace with built-in seating and spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea.

Policy:

• All reservations require a 50% deposit within 7 days of booking for confirmation.
• The balance of rental must be received within 60 days prior to the arrival date. Failure to pay rental deposit, or balance of rental on time could result in a loss of the reservation.
• The damage deposit can be held by the rental agent, however $500 must be available to the owner for Villa Flamboyan Rentals and $300 for rentals of Casa Ciricote Town House and $200 for Casa Ciricote Penthouse suite in the event there is loss or damage to the property or its contents.
• If reservations are made less than 60 days before arrival, then 100% of rental and security deposit are required within 6 days of booking.
• The rental deposit, less a $250 processing fee is refundable until 90 days prior to the arrival date.
• Cancellations between 61-90 days of the arrival date are subject to a surcharge of 50% of the rental fee.
• Cancellations between 31-60 days of the arrival date are subject to a surcharge of 75% of the rental fee.
• Cancellations within 30 days of the arrival date are subject to a surcharge of 100% of the rental fee.
• Cancellations of Christmas and New Year Bookings are subject to 100% surcharge regardless of time of cancellation.
• 100% of the damage deposit will be refunded upon any cancellation.
• A change of dates is a cancelation and a rebooking and the cancelation terms above apply; the owner (at her discretion) may choose to allow a change of a few days without penalty as long number of days booked is not reduced and the new days are available.
• Damage deposits must be held for at least 14 days after check out, if there is loss or damage to the property or its contents the owner will provide details of the loss or damage and will require up to the full value of the damage deposit as compensation.
• The owner is not responsible for mail or wire transfer fees.
