The deck is the perfect spot to watch the cruise ships early morning while sipping your coffee, or perhaps a late afternoon cocktail while enjoying the last rays of sunshine on the Caribbean.

You can’t beat this location! On a pristine stretch of beach, one block off the famous 5th Avenue walking street, El Faro Residences holds one of the most sought after addresses in Playa del Carmen. It is not possible to be more in the heart of things and absolute comfort. Everything you could possibly need is within a three-block radius, but of course, there’s much more to see if you venture further.

This complex includes 24 hours on-site security, daily front desk staff, access to gym facilities, pool loungers, proximity to beach bars, convenience store and restaurants, self serve laundry, on-site concierge to help with arranging taxis, tours, etc.

- Please note that "El Faro Residences" is located in a Tourist zone; there may be noise, especially during vacations, since they are allowed by the authorities in legal schedules.

- If you rent a car, there is parking onsite for $15 USD per night (reservation required).
- Keep in mind that during the spring, the beaches may show seaweed due to climate change.

Este espacioso condo de una habitación y un baño (para 4 personas), han sido decorados con un gusto impecable y artístico. Esta unidad en el tercer piso es muy cómoda y tranquila; cuenta con sábanas de alta calidad, televisión satelital, un balcón con una vista espectacular al mar, una hermosa alberca y una cocina completamente equipada. Su terraza es perfecta para mirar los cruceros por la mañana mientras disfruta de su café, o por supuesto un cóctel por la tarde mientras toma un cóctel con los últimos rayos de sol del caribe. 

¡Ésta locación es insuperable! Ya que cuenta con una amplia playa, a tan sólo una cuadra de la famosa Quinta avenida, las residencias El Faro tienen una de las ubicaciones más deseadas en Playa del Carmen. No es posible estar mejor ubicado y tener todo este confort. Todo lo que usted puede necesitar está a en un radio de 3 cuadras, pero claro que hay mucho más si usted se aventura a conocer más allá.

REVIEWS:

This is the PERFECT place. Ocean views and amazing staff (that all speak English). The property is in the perfect location. You get the ocean views (without hearing any of the beach commotions) and right next to the main street without the noise.
The place has other great amenities like a world-class pool (soo good we enjoyed the beach from there) and staff that is positive and accommodating. There is a jug of water that can be refilled by the staff and cleaners come every other day to make the place tidy.
If I was to come back to Playa del Carmen I would at the very least want to stay in this complex.
