Villa Vista del Mar sits only 15 steps from the soft white sands of the Caribbean Sea. Relax in your own spacious beach home with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, 2 rooftop terraces and a private pool with lounge chairs. On the first floor of this home has the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the laundry, and 3 guest bedrooms with their en suite bathrooms. The top floor is where the master suite is located and also the rooftop terrace with access to the second terrace, which sits on the 3rd level of the home.
Villa Vista del Mar resides in the gated beachside community of Playacar Phase 1 and is only a short 15-minute stroll to 5th Avenue.
