Welcome to Sirenita G, a 2-bedroom condominium managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). Appreciate the view from the terrace towards the infinity pool. The master bedroom features a King bed, private bathroom, air conditioning, and access to the terrace. The guest room offers two double beds, air conditioning, and a balcony overlooking the complex.
Enjoy your stay in this beautiful condo adorned with exquisite finishes for your luxury and comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and necessary appliances for convenient meal preparation. The living room features a flat-screen TV and access to a terrace with a jacuzzi and incredible complex views.
The condominium is situated between the pristine shores of the Riviera Maya and the expansive Nick Price Golf Course within the Corasol development.
A rental at Mareazul includes easy access to the adjacent Nick Price Golf Course. In addition to golf, Mareazul also offers over 10,000 sq. foot swimming pool with beautifully manicured gardens, a gym, spa, steam room, tennis courts, and beach club. With only a short 5-minute drive north of Playa del Carmen, you will appreciate the quiet of this beachside golf escape and easy access to all the excitement and activity of Playa del Carmen.

MONTHLY PRICING:
- For all the rentals we require security deposit.
- Vacation Rent: $500 USD Security Deposit.
- Rentals Long Term: Plus Utilities + $1,000 USD Security deposit.

We had a fantastic stay at Nasplaya's Airbnb The space itself was absolutely lovely - beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
In addition to the great space and attentive hosting, the location of the Airbnb was also fantastic - just a short walk to the beach and a beautiful pool inside the complex.
Overall, except for the construction noise, which was not mentioned in the description, I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
